    Thank you for shopping at Botrich Inc.

    If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Interpretation

    The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

    Your Order Cancellation Rights

    Buyers can request to cancel orders when your order status is "Placed order”: You can cancel your order with the seller's approval. Please click the button [Cancel Order] on the order detail page, select a reason for cancellation (Optional), then [Submit] the request. Please contact the seller for their approval to speed up the process.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund. If you've changed your mind and want to send it back, you can ask the seller if they'll accept a return.

    If the seller does not respond to your request within 72 hours, the order will be automatically closed and a refund will be returned to your account.

    Please contact the sellers if they refuse to cancel your order as the cancellation might cause losses to the seller while he/she is preparing the shipment.

    If you haven't received your orders before delivery time is out, or you are not satisfied with the product you received, please try contact your seller for a solution. If that doesn't work, you can apply for a refund by contact info@botrich.com before the Buyer Protection has ended.

    Conditions for Returns

    In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
    • The Goods are in the original packaging

    The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
    • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
    • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

    Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

    Returning Goods

    The seller has 3 business days (72 hours) to get back to you. How they'll respond depends on the reason for your return.Here's how the seller may respond:

    • Accept your return request and offer a full refund – You'll return the item and the seller issues you a full refund, including the original shipping cost. The seller will also pay for return shipping.
    • Offer you a partial refund and let you keep the item – This can be a good compromise when you're not completely satisfied with your purchase – for example, if it arrived with a minor scratch – but you're happy to keep it.
    • Offer you a replacement or an exchange – Some sellers may offer the option of returning an item for a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
    • Send you a message – The seller may ask you for some more details about your return request.

    When the seller accepts your return, you'll receive a return label from the seller. You'll also receive a date by which you should ship the item back. This date can be found in the details of your return request.If you don't ship the return by that date, we may close the request and you will not receive a refund.

    When you send your item back make sure a tracking number is added to your return request to avoid delays or issues in the refund process.

    Keep in mind that the condition of the item you send back to the seller is important, so repack it carefully. If you return the item used, damaged, missing parts, or damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, sellers may deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Info@botrich.com.
